Letter of appreciation!
Over the past 2 years that I have been with Jewels of Java, I have worked with Hoda to successfully import hundreds of containers. Hoda is dedicated to customer service. She obtains status on each shipment and provides me with imformation as soon as I ask (sometime before I ask). She works directly with me and my customers in a very professional manner. When containers are delayed for circumstances beyond anyones control - and my customers and I are anxious and sometimes angry with delays - she stays calm and works the situation to the best of her ability. She is a pleasure to deal with and an asset to UCM and my company!
